“Speak, for your servant is listening.”
1 Samuel 3:10
Our next Prayer Space will be on Friday 18th August.
The space will be open from 7pm for those who want a little more time to savour and explore it, with a spoken reflection at 7.30pm and a closing prayer at 8.30pm. We'll be reflecting on how God speaks to us in our lives.
You are welcome to share this space, to reflect, to pray, to draw close to God.

Our BMS link missionaries, Dave and Michelle Mahon, are now in Peru and need our prayers. Here's the video Dave made before leaving, which CBC-ers viewed during a recent Sunday services.
Over the Summer Holidays you are invited to read C.S. Lewis’ The Great Divorce. There will be a 'Faith and Words' discussion on this on a Sunday evening in September when we can share our thoughts on the book.
Please ask Andy Mills if you need a copy (approx. £3-5).
Please note there are no evening services during August 2017. These will resume on 3rd September.
Morning services during August are all-age and we are exploring what the 'Kingdom of God is like'...
Week of Prayer
Ascension to Pentecost
25th May to 4th June
Thy Kingdom Come is a global prayer movement, which invites Christians around the world to pray between Ascension and Pentecost for more people to come to know Jesus Christ. What started out as an invitation from the Archbishops’ of Canterbury and York in 2016 to the Church of England has grown into an international and ecumenical call to prayer.
Chard churches are taking part in different ways.
